About the Wildflower Church Caring Committee

The personal mission of the Wildflower Unitarian Universalist Church Caring Committee is to minister to the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the congregation. This aid can take a variety of forms to suit the situation.  Please do not hesitate to call or write to one of the members of the Caring Committee. All information given in this form or communicated directly to one of the Care Committee members is private and confidential.  The information from this form will go directly (and only) to the members of the Wildflower Caring Committee, who believe that your privacy is sacred.
