All services are held at 10:30 am on Sunday Mornings in the South Austin Senior Activity Center, 3911 Manchaca, Austin 78704 except on rare occasions.

May 4th.
Pete Seeger Sunday. Join Wildflower member Steve Brooks and the Reverend Eliza Galaher as we celebrate the life of legendary folksinger, peace activist, and Unitarian Universalist Pete Seeger. Come ready to sing, clap, and stomp your feet.

May 11th.
Mother’s Day
Service at St. Edwards University. (SASAC will be closed.) This Sunday many Wildflower families are celebrating beloved community together at the first annual Wildflower family campout. Today, the Reverend Eliza Galaher will honor mothers near and far during this Mother’s Day service.

May 18th.
This I Believe Service.
Come hear Wildflower members share their spiritual journeys and beliefs in our quarterly This I Believe Service. (the Reverend Eliza Galaher will be guest preaching at the new San Gabriel UU Fellowship in Georgetown.) Speakers will be Mark Barkan, David Bradford, and Helen Burnette.

May 25th.
Memorial Day Service.
(the Reverend Eliza Galaher will be in New Orleans with several Wildflower members and friends, as well as folks from Live Oak UU Church, to do recovery work.) We will celebrate the joys of congregational singing in a Hymn Service.

June 1st
Wildflowers and Fleurs-de-Lis. The Reverend Eliza Galaher and Wildflower members and friends who traveled together to New Orleans will share their experiences with the congregation, and how similar mission trips might fit into our future.

The Tonic of Wildness: The Sauntering Ecological Theology of Thoreau. The Reverend Eliza Galaher will explore the writings of Henry David Thoreau, and this 19th century writer’s significance to 21st century Unitarian Universalists.

I See a Vision on the Horizon: Moving Forward as a Religious Community. The Reverend Eliza Galaher will continue an exploration of who the community of Wildflower Church is, and who and how we wish to be.

Journey to Austin Area Interreligious Ministries: The spiritual and religious education of a Public Broadcasting Producer. Guest speaker Tom Spencer will talk about his life work and his newest calling as AAIM executive director.
