Annual Stewardship Campaign
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be a joyful giver during this year’s annual stewardship campaign. Pledges from our members make up the vast majority of the income that is used to finance the mission of Wildflower Church. Without the generous donations from our members and friends, we could not exist as a spiritual community.
Giving is a very personal decision, and one that warrants deliberate and careful thought. Our personal finances are as unique as our personalities. One size does not fit all. On this page you will find a fair share giving guide that can assist you in making your pledge decision. Other documents on this page provide information on our anticipated expenses for the coming year, a summary of accomplishments from 2009, and letters from our minister, president, and director of religious education.
We encourage you to discuss the nature of giving with your loved ones. Share stories of your experiences at Wildflower Church: events and experiences that have brought you joy, spiritual growth and intellectual stimulation. Discuss what giving means to you, and the joy and pleasure you experience when giving of your time, talents, and treasure. What are your dreams for the future of Wildflower Church? As we search for a building of our own, consider what may be possible for our congregation once we have a permanent home.
Many individuals and families have been negatively impacted by the ongoing financial crisis. Some may not be able to give as generously as in years past. We understand this and hope that the situation improves soon for those members and their families. For those not impacted financially, we hope you will consider increasing your pledge to compensate during this trying economic time.
Our campaign runs through October 11th. Pledge forms may be given to a visiting steward, mailed to the church office, or turned in at the Stewardship Committee table at Sunday services. Please give as generously as you are able.
Stewardship Committee,
Wildflower Church
