We are one step closer to A Home of our Own! Board President Jan Austin signed the Earnest Money Contract on the building and surrounding grounds that we hope to purchase. We are now in the inspections phase of our journey. 

As of February 22, all contracts have been signed and the inspection process has begun. We’ve done a walk-through of the property, and have received historical documents on prior inspections, flat, and floor plans from the seller.
