Sunday, March 28: The Power of Kindness - Bob Lively
Every expression of genuine kindness is a visible demonstration of the kind of love that liberates the human soul from an always unnecessary bondage to fear. If heaven's message to humanity is, "be not afraid...", acts of kindness, no matter how seemingly insignificant, are then proclamations of a mysterious grace that whispers to the soul that all real love is the ineffable experience of freedom. As Dr. M. Scott Peck put it so well in his classic work, The Road Less Traveled, love liberates, while dependency suffocates.
Tom Moran, lay leader; Peter Knight, service coordinator
